We read everything and reply to most messages within a few working days. Messages that help the most:

• A search operator that no longer behaves the way the builder or the cheat sheet says. Include the full query you tried, the tab (Latest or Top), and roughly what you expected to see.
• A mistake or an outdated step in one of the guides.
• An idea for a preset in the query builder, for example a monitoring query your team uses every day.

A few things we can't help with: we have no access to X accounts, can't recover or unlock accounts, and can't remove posts from X. For those, use X's own help center from inside the app. We also don't accept sponsored posts or paid links.
